Warehouse Management Consultant

We are looking for a Warehouse Management Consultant to join our growing team!

What you will do:

o Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Warehouse Management software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies

o Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Warehouse o Management solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes

o Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline

o Conduct and/or guide system integration testing, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates

o Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction

o Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps

o Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects

o Work with software vendors to translate business cases regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality

About you:

o A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing large scale Warehouse

o Management solutions in

o Hands-on functional experience with Manhattan WMS/WMOS and/or Blue Yonder, Korber/HighJump suite of applications

o Implementation experience with Manhattan WMS/WMOS and/or Blue Yonder, Korber/HighJump

o Experienced in integrating WMS solutions with other upstream/downstream applications and ERPs

o Experience in driving a business team through designing and/or re-designing complex planning scenarios

o Ability to prepare materials and drive/conduct required design workshops with the client personnel to explain how Warehouse Management applications work and document the as-is to to-be process

o Experienced in the full development lifecycle: Business process design, gap analysis of current and future states, Build, Test, Deploy and Business Stabilization/ Hyper Care
