Virtual assistant/copy typists

We're currently looking for Virtual Assistants / Copy Typists to join our remote team. This position is fully virtual and ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and have strong typing and communication skills.

You’ll be responsible for handling document typing, formatting, and general virtual assistant tasks such as data entry and basic administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Type and format documents from handwritten or scanned files into Word or PDF.
  • Perform data entry and other basic admin tasks as assigned.
  • Check documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with project coordinators.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all assigned work.

Requirements

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and basic data entry tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a working computer.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or Copy Typist.
  • Basic document formatting or file conversion skills (Word PDF).
  • Good written communication in English.
