About the job

This position is needed to join our Global Enablement team. Within Twilio, Enablement drives the onboarding and continuing training of our customer facing field teams to accelerate ramp times, drive revenue and broaden skills. This role supports and assists the Technology and Operations Enablement teams on all aspects of our execution and delivery.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Responsible for assisting the team with all aspects of our Technical Enablement engagements.
  • Perform processes and generate all reporting for departmental use.
  • Responsible for workshop setups and logistics (including any LMS needs)
  • Assist with the creation of delivery material or workshop materials.
  • Support to the Sr. Technical Architect Manager for new users setups and basic issue resolutions in Gong and Highspot.
  • Coordinate with BP’s in support of Ask Enablement/Flex to ensure proper support coverages.
  • Maintain updates to the Flex bot question and response lists.
  • Assist in the creation of Highspot pages with the HighSpot Business Analyst.
  • Maniacal about metrics and impact.

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in an enablement role.
  • Experience with content and learning management systems. Hands on experience with an LMS, CMS and SurveyMonkey is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and project management tools like Airtable
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time manager, capable of delivering on multiple assignments and tasks
  • accurately and on time
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Track attendance, scores, completions and metrics in conjunction with all delivered workshops and quarterly learning programs
  • Assist with the maintenance and future iterations of the Solution Engineers and Services onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with Technical Enablement business partners and leadership to determine enablement opportunities and work with with subject matter experts to create assignments or upload content to our learning management system
  • Work with cross-functional onboarding and events to build synergy and efficiency in cross group enablement activities
  • Performs other related duties or projects as assigned


  • Experience with ServiceNow as a user or administrator is a plus.
  • Experience with MURAL, Kahoot, or other collaborative tools is a plus.


This role will be Remote preferably based in the midwest or mountain time zone.

Approximately 15% travel is anticipated.

Colorado applicants:

The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is 67,760 - 84,700

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
