About the job

This position is needed to join our Global Enablement team. Enablement drives the onboarding and continuing training of our customer facing field teams to accelerate ramp times, drive revenue and broaden skills. This role will build technology and assist the Enablement team on all aspects of our enablement technology stack execution and integration.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Work on a team to develop applications to facilitate customer requirements
  • Support the discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of ServiceNow functionality in Sales Enablement.
  • Collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment.
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
  • Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, JSON and related technologies for ServiceNow development.
  • Assist in maintaining other Sales Enablement applications outside of the ServiceNow environment.
  • Provide process documentation and software architecture to maintain technology stack accuracy.
  • Provide end user training documentation for all applications created.

  • 2+ years; ServiceNow Technical developer experience
  • Experience with JavaScript or similar scripting language
  • Experience creating reports/dashboards, forms, fields, views, lists, UI policies, actions, and client and server scripts, custom notifications, events, and workflows in ServiceNow
  • Experience designing and deploying ServiceNow web-based end user self-service portals and scoped applications
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience supporting Sales Enablement applications, such as: Gong, Highspot, Hopin, FLEX, etc.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)


  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Enablement
  • Knowledge of and experience with web technologies, including CSS, HTML, XML and Web Services


This role will be remote, and based in the East Coast, USA.

Approximately 15% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is 67,760 - 84,700

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
