We are growing by leaps and bounds and are looking for an established Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team at NMI! We are open to remote candidates but they ideally will be in the central time zone so they can best support our global company. The successful candidate will run the end-to-end recruitment processes focused on our technical roles including: DevOps / Infrastructure, Information Security, Software Engineering / Development, and QA. They will have a strong track record in recruiting tech talent, have a strong network, and will find the right candidates by actively engaging passive candidates and handling the pipeline of active candidates with ease. This role will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best and the brightest diverse tech talent across our offices in Bristol,UK, New York, Chicagoland, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles as well as remote employees.
The perfect candidate will be an ambassador of NMI culture and will seek out AWESOME talent who will help NMI grow. They will work closely with hiring managers to make sure we get the right person in the right seat.
