The Sr. Technical Enablement Engineer is the owner of enablement programs that serve Contrast customers, internal teams and our partner ecosystem. The role requires building and maintaining a comprehensive set of training curriculum with responsibility for the successful uptake, delivery and results of these programs.
The successful candidate must be an exceptional communicator, particularly in the area of conveying complex concepts in an easily consumed manner, and an educator at heart. You must be a strategic thinker and take an expansive view of how enablement can lead to the success of customers, employees and ultimately, the company as a whole.
This position is within the Customer Success organization and reports into the Senior Director of Technical Services.
