Sales Development Representative

Eagle is looking for a Sales Development Representative who is passionate about creating relationships to help business to grow and people to thrive The position requires proactive lead generation efforts, as well as handling inbound sales contacts and qualifying both kinds of leads to determine fit and opportunity for our small business ERP solutions. Our goal is for a role like this to grow into a Sales Consultant.

Location

Gap, PA with possible remote options

Core Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with sales leads and prospects to identify fit and opportunity
  • Handle inbound sales contacts
  • Proactively generate new sales leads, including asking for introductions and referrals as well as making meaningful contact from marketing lists
  • Qualify leads for the sales team
  • Perform market research and compile lists of potential leads
  • Assist with other company growth efforts as requested, such as key initiatives or attending tradeshows
  • Report metrics, opportunities, and challenges to the sales team lead
  • Some travel will be required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • Some sales experience, preferred
  • Experience with CRM and marketing programs, preferred
