Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing managers mission will be to generate customer insights that inform Graphites product strategy, lead go-to-market, and create and execute campaigns to drive product-led growth campaigns.

This newly created role in the marketing team is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to name a few. Different from many other Product Marketing roles, you will work across the entire product lifecycle.

You Will

  • Identify customer segments and their engagement funnel both inside and outside the product from awareness to referral
  • Deeply understand how to scope and execute product-led growth campaigns needed to reach different customer segments
  • Identify and own happiness and growth loops in the product
  • Partner with the Product and Growth Marketing teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis
  • Work with our demand generation manager and content marketing manager for qualitative and quantitative insights that inform your work (content, messaging, positioning, etc.)
  • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding
  • Synthesize insights from competitors, press, industry analysts, and clients to create world-class collateral that demonstrates Graphites thought leadership in the B2B marketplace space
  • Work closely with a range of cross-functional teamsproduct managers, sales, design, PR, and engineeringto develop go-to-market strategy and drive product launches for our platform capabilities
  • Work closely with the product, customer success, and sales teams to build product videos, guides, brochures, and relevant material to enable platform adoption with internal and external stakeholders

Were Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 3-4+ years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing, product management, sales engineering, or strategy consulting
  • Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a products lifecycle
  • Experience working in high growth B2B startup settings and with sales teams
  • Prior experience working in the consulting industry or selling to consulting companies is a huge plus
