About the job

This position is needed to join the Market Segment Products team to drive success of Twilio among enterprise and industry customers. This is a unique opportunity for a product leader to identify market opportunities, create a product and go-to-market strategy, and take ownership of execution of an essential part of our strategy and help take Twilio to the next level.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be the voice of our enterprise and industry customers in every conversation and decision across all of Twilio’s products and services
  • Identify market opportunities and develop product and go-to-market strategies working cross-functionally.
  • Get your hands dirty and have a get-it-done mentality
  • Align executives, communicate the roadmap, convince peers, coordinate dependencies and remove obstacles for your team along the way
  • Lead a team in developing new capabilities to make enterprise and industry customers successful.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years total PM experience, with 10+ years of experience in a technology company
  • Worked on a B2B high-growth cloud native product or platform at scale.
  • Understanding of enterprise / B2B go-to-market and experience managing enterprise customer expectations.
  • Proven success in collaborating with sales, marketing and professional services organizations, in addition to engineering and design.
  • Experience leading a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Pricing and packaging experience.
  • BS in computer science, math or engineering. Masters degree is a plus.

Desired:

  • Vertical / industry products and GTM experience
  • Experience with making partner or partner programs successful.

Location

This role will be based in our San Fransisco office or US Remote.

Approximately 5-25% travel is anticipated.

Colorado applicants:

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is 176,052 - 220,065.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
