As Principal Product Manager on the Subscriptions and Core team, you will lead a team of engineers and designers to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals by through a connected suite of capabilities to help them start and grow their business both online and offline. You will be expected to drive growth and customer success not only through direct ownership of key area of the product, but also through effectively influencing other teams to support a seamlessly intuitive experience that solves end-to-end customer problems.

You will be responsible for driving growth of new subscription offerings for new and existing customers, generating long-term customer and business value through a combination of rapid experimentation, growth hacking, and design thinking tactics. In this role, you develop, evangelize, and execute a roadmap that supports GoDaddy’s strategy of helping customers start with the right capability at the right time and easily grow with higher value capabilities and subscription tiers as their business needs evolve.

Your experience should include...

  • Youhave5+ years of product experience andhave demonstratedexceptional results as aproductmanagerattechnologycompanies, Subscription / Membership experience preferred
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in ambiguity and creating business value by leading a team to always be shipping value to our customers
  • You have experiencedefining and deliveringcomplex SaaS products at scale
  • You apply thescientific method(experimentation)tomake data-driven decisions about approaches tovalue creation
  • You are an evangelist whois passionate aboutsharingcustomer storiesand howproducts can changecustomers’lives
  • You are energized bysolvingcustomerproblems,an expert in designing and gathering customer inputsthat yield more customer-centricproducts, services,and experiences
  • You have demonstrated an ability todefine and prioritize initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder relationshipsand dependencies
  • Youhave successfully collaboratedwith designers, developers, marketers, and customers in an agile environment
  • You have excellentverbal and written communication skillswith anability to work across multiple projects, align onobjectives, andprioritize the most impactfuldeliverables
  • Youhave experience establishing direction, goals, expectations, and work plans across teams
