Marketing and Web Operations Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the NMI team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and the performance and analytics for the NMI website. This person will have a strong foundation in marketing automation, SEO and web optimization, and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices to ensure continual enhancement of NMI’s marketing efforts. The individual will have strong analytical and quantitative skills to translate raw data into business insights and actionable changes.

The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven, and has a passion for web and digital applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Setup, test, and launch email marketing programs and landing pages, including segmentation and lead nurture programs
  • Ensure website performance and stability, working with internal and external technical teams
  • Work closely with search marketers and content team to achieve best-in-class SEO performance
  • Establish and own process on website tagging, tracking and analytics, leveraging Google tools (Tag Manager, Analytics and Data Studio)
  • Recommend site improvements based on data and conversion optimization best practices
  • Own monthly website reporting and develop a framework for measuring traffic, engagement and conversions
  • Ensure data is being mapped correctly from Pardot to Salesforce and report on campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize the lead funnel, lead scoring and operational processes to identify and implement new capabilities,
  • Handle data cleansing and manipulation in MAPs
  • Provide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of the systems, as well as act as the first line of defense for system support
  • Build segmentations to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion of leads
  • Own and drive the strategic direction of the email automation platform and drive best practices to improve website performance.

Who you are:

  • 2-5 years marketing automation experience in Pardot
  • Advanced Google Analytics and Data Studio experience
  • Experience with Excel to extract comprehensive campaign performance data
  • Experience with Power BI and Data Management tools preferred
  • Experience with SaaS, software or the payments industry preferred
  • Knowledgeable on database management best practices
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
  • Have a growth mindset and can-do attitude, who seeks continuous improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes all within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
