This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home.You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.
About the Team...
We are seeking a software engineering manager to join our Digital Care Engineering team. This team is responsible for GoDaddy’s many guidance experiences across the customer lifecycle including: conversational AI and chatbot tech, in-product contextual guidance, messaging platforms for agent chat, and our Help Center. You should be eager for a complex challenge of developing a strong continuous-improvement culture and delivering amazing customer outcomes through high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about doing the right thing for the customer and want to learn and grow with new technologies and opportunities. If you want to work with smart people doing work that will be used by millions of people every day, we would like to talk to you!
