About the job

This position is needed to maximize the impact of GTM Analytics data initiatives on the sales organization through enablement, change management, and communication.

Twilio GTM Analytics team is driving innovation across several data and analytics initiatives to support the sales organization. While the analytics team rolls out new capabilities, the team receives critical issues and requests from GTM and the Sales organization. The Manager, GTM Strategy will bridge the GTM Analytics team and sales organization. The Manager will inspire change management and enable all data and analytic output to the sales leaders, managers, and reps. In addition, the GTM Manager will act as the voice of the sales organization and drive innovation in introducing new data and analytics products and services.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Be a data driven champion. Ensure that the innovation we are delivering is landing in the hands of more people and ensure sales managers know how to interpret the data correctly.
  • Drive Change Management within the sales organization.
  • Be a partner and advisor to the GTM Data Science team. Envision opportunities to drive Sales productivity and efficiency through data science models like NBP, and Propensity models.
  • Own enablement and communication of all GTM Analytics assets to the broader GTM organization including Sales - dashboards, data science models, and in house built analytics products.
  • Participate in senior leadership meetings that are designed to discuss progress and shape GTM and sales strategy.
  • Be the voice of the Sales organization and drive data and analytics initiatives to have a measurable impact on Sales.

  • 4 years experience leading change management and strategy engagements
  • Ability to influence using data
  • Experienced solving ambiguous problems including the analysis and synthesis into meaningful recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple projects independently
  • Experienced with analytical tools to generate business insights


  • Consulting experience
  • MBA


This role will be remote, and based in the U.S.

Colorado applicants:

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is 109,000- 130,000.
  • Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
