Lead Recruiter

As we grow, were looking for our first Lead Recruiter at Juni. This person will help develop the talent on the team scaling our product, and should be excited about working with a tight-knit, fast-paced team, dedicated to fundamentally changing how students learn around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and screening for open roles in engineering, design, product, data/analytics, and occasionally G&A
  • Lead collaboration with team leaders to forecast hiring goals and needs
  • Build and drive scalable recruiting processes and strategies with an eye on candidate experience
  • Facilitate job offers and new hire onboarding
  • Track candidates through an ATS platform and report on hiring metrics to business leaders

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Proven abilities to attract senior candidates and to build diverse pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
  • Openness to changing priorities (at a startup growing quickly, they often do)
  • Work authorization in the US
  • Previous experience as a STEM tutor or teaching assistant a plus
