About the job

This position is a member of the Sales Enablement team responsible to collaborate with content owners to assist in the design, development and editing of content spots and pages, providing analytics from the tool, and collaborating with the creative team on design elements. Works closely with the Highspot Content Management Lead.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design, edit and maintain content spots and pages in Highspot.
  • Adhere to governance documents and established processes to insure compliance and produce content with a consistent approach.
  • Coordinate with owners of content to identify: keep, archive, update, maintain, and to develop collateral.
  • Prioritize workload and manage deliverable timelines.

Required:

  • Stellar written communication skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining user resource platforms.
  • Experience writing user documentation.
  • Experience creating and editing assets.
  • Experience working with Highspot or other workflow systems, onedrive, servicenow, seismic.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Desired:

  • Highspot education/training
  • HTML coding experience a plus

Location

This role may be based in any US Twilio office or remote location.

Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is 67,760 - 84,700

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
