Developer Onboarding Support

Be a part of our Developer support team that is responsible for onboarding and supporting new and existing developers that are part of the Poynt GoDaddy Marketplace. Developers are looking to innovate and build outstanding experiences for their users using the GoDaddy products and services available through our platform.
Your primary focus will be to ensure that app store has quality app and contents. You will get to put yourself in the customers shoes and troubleshoot Android integration or cloud integration issues that use our Android SDK or GoDaddy APIs. This might entail you to reproduce customer scenarios and file relevant bugs/feature requests with various teams. You will work with various third-party hardware vendors who look to integrate their devices with our Android commerce bundle and with Payment processors who want to integrate their host/gateway to our Payment Gateway. You will have to maintain and improve the current knowledge base of known issues and solutions. You would interact and collaborate with internal departments to provide efficient solutions to partners and product improvement and recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and being a vital part of our developer community and App store.
What you'll get to do...

- Support Android and cloud integration.
Your experience should include...
- 5+ years of Technical Payment experience.
- 3+ years of coding experience is required.
- Deep understanding of programming languages like Android, Java and RESTFul APIS.
- Enthusiasm to grow the developer community.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Analytical capabilities and leadership skills including experience managing customer
expectation.
