Demand Generation Manager

Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving qualified leads and pipeline revenue marketing organization. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our demand generation activities, and for building a lead and pipeline engine for Heartland. You’ll find ways to build demand for our portfolio to ensure that we’re delivering quality leads for sales but also driving awareness and revenue. You’ll drive regular interlock meetings with business leaders, product marketing and marketing operations to drive activation at all stages of the funnel. This is both a strategic and tactical role.

A typical work week has you working with Heartland digital marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, content marketing, and our social media team.

Who You Are

You love to strategize and implement demand generation activities including campaign integration, campaign setup, reviewing and creating content. You are passionate about generating leads and pipeline and have the reporting chops to measure the success of your campaigns. You’re market savvy with campaign tactics, perform periodic competitive research and follow the latest demand gen/campaign trends and technology. You’re experienced with marketing automation systems (especially Pardot) and SFDC.

At heart, you’re a Conductor extraordinaire, orchestrating the execution of complex campaigns with contributions from a large cross-functional team.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS/BA required, preferably in marketing or technical concentration and 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing or related field
  • 5+ years experience launching and maintaining omni channel demand generation campaigns
  • 5+ years experience building and maintaining always on nurture programs
  • 3+ years experience writing campaign and program playbooks and training sales on playbook requirements
  • Deep understanding of lead management processes
  • 3+ years experience creating Salesforce campaigns and building Salesforce reports
  • Technology B2B or Fintech enterprise marketing experience preferred
  • Proficiency with marketing automation software (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot) and SFDC; familiarity with Outreach a plus
  • Experience collaborating with sales and product marketing and supporting a broad technology portfolio
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of lead generation
  • High-energy, a positive attitude, and accountability are essential for success
