This role will be responsible for operational items surrounding process improvement and flow within the business organization. You will also be focusing on Customer Facing Roles.
What you will do:
o Process Improvement across different teams
o Reporting and reviewing effectiveness of processes in place
o Building new processes where efficiency is lacking
o Building lines of Communication between teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
o Proactively find where they are issues and fix them without disrupting overall business flow
About you:
o 3 plus years of directly related experience
o Process oriented
o Project management experience is required
o Strong verbal and written communication is a must
