We are looking for a professional with the right combination of technical, analytical, financial forecasting/planning and communication skills to join our growing consulting team. In this high profile position you will work closely with our clients senior management, business users and IT staff to implement and support mission-critical analysis, planning and reporting solutions.

Utilizing your communication skills and ability to understand client needs, you will craft functional requirements and specifications. Leveraging your software expertise and business modeling experience, you will design, configure and deploy Adaptive Planning solutions. Additionally, you will support the adoption and expansion of the solutions by providing responsive assistance to clients. You will also contribute to the development of the firms standards and practices in support of strategic plans for growth.

The work will be performed remotely, however some work schedule flexibility and occasional short-term overnight travel will be necessary. Were looking for someone to hire as an employee, but well consider a contract-to-hire arrangement too.

Who were looking for

You should have a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions in Workday Adaptive Planning or similar applications. Your expertise should include business requirements analysis, integration with data sources and automation of data and metadata updates, model and report development, implementation of security and workflow. Certification in Adaptive Planning is not required, but a plus.

In addition to the technical abilities, we are seeking someone who also possesses the following professional experience and skills:

  • Financial/business analysis and modeling experience and a strong understanding of operational and financial planning processes; FP&A background is ideal
  • Very good understanding of general accounting and financial statements
  • Ability to understand business as well as IT and to derive clarity from ambiguity when gathering functional and data requirements
  • Very effective communication skills, in speaking and writing
  • Works well under deadlines
  • Self-motivated, yet enjoys working as a member of a team
  • Ability to grasp the big picture while assuring the details are in place
  • Strong client-centric attitude and desire to deliver outstanding value
